Four Warriors

Doodled four of my Redwall characters at work. \o/ I MAY actually write out a Redwall fanfic that's been kicking around in my head since eighth grade.

Heartsease started as a reaction to the wussy rabbits seen in Redwall - Watership Down is my favorite book, and European rabbits are actually pretty hardcore. (Taking on a cat like Bigwig or a stoat like Woundwort? Not unheard of. They'll drive goats off of choice grazing.) Heart started as older and more experienced, but eventually evolved into a newblet only starting to head to Salamandastron in hope of joining her heroes.

Saxifrage is... a hare. A highland hare, large, loud, and the type to drive officers beside themselves. A hare's hare given to very loud, very off-key on-the-spot ballads. His BFS was slightly bigger when I first drew it in, but I took it in a bit. >_>

Firk is a Guossom-raised fox, because fuck your single-alignment races. The tendencies of the shrews are a fine outlet for any aggression he has, and he has absolutely no angst about what he is, so there. |3 He was albino when I was a kid, but I eventually made him just a regular fox. It works better for a vision-based fighter and someone who needs to make sure boats don't run into rocks anyway.

And Dirfa the mole is a wandering odd-jobber, usually working as a guide through Mossflower and the bordering countries.
